You can return items within 14 days of receipt.

 

Return policy

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

 

Return process

Send us an email to hirsla@hirsla.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or was delivered incorrectly.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.

 

Defective or incorrect items

Please report damaged or incorrect items within 3 days with a photo.
We will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or refund the amount.

 

Exceptions

Gift vouchers and personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective.
